Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $250 deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected, and violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🎶 Lively Local Atmosphere There is a small club/pub located on the lower level of the building, adding to the vibrant and authentic Río Piedras neighborhood energy. On some weekends, light music or activity may be heard during evening hours. Most guests enjoy the lively local vibe, but light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs for extra comfort. 🏢 No Stair to Access unit The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building.
