El apartamento está bien ubicado; cerca un Wallmart, hay muchos bares cerca de la zona con bastante ambiente para tomar algo o comer. Para desplazarte a las playas y al viejo San Juan es fácil en coche. Si te decides hacer deporte puedes encontrar zonas preparadas para correr o caminar, aunque debes ir hacia el viejo San Juan. Dentro del apartamento las camas son muy cómodas, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado pero estaba el tiempo tan bueno que casi no lo usamos. La cocina está dotada de todo lo que necesitas. El baño está impecable y reformado. Las toallas de la playa y las de ducha en perfecto estado. A pesar que Santurce es un barrio con bastante movimiento de bares; puedo decir que pudimos descansar en el apartamento ya que los ruidos no molestaban en exceso. Hemos quedados mis amigos y yo muy contentos con este hospedaje y lo recomendamos, además la comunicación con Cristian fue muy buena y nos ayudó en cada momento que le necesitamos.

First and foremost, the location is even better then advertised. Close to Foxwoods casino, close to restaurants and grocery shopping. And finally the beach is across the street. Now you get to the apartment, just wow. I have to admit the building does not do the apartment justice. Washer and dryer on site(need to bring around $300 with of quarters) the deck has a jacuzzi, beach furniture, the smell of the apartment is amazing. You can truly tell the owner invested money into this apartment. If I had anything negative to say is the water pressure in the shower isn't"t strong, and hot is not hot. But we were told by the host prior that Purto Rico has had water issues. But seriously, when we return, this is where I hope is available again. My wife, and 8 year old daughter had a simply luxury stay with a very generous rent. This is a must stay, nothing to complain about. Pool on site, not the best looking, but it's a pool, but when u have the beach across the street.. beach, Beach,

Lynette, place qas just like the photos and also the plce was clean and also felt homyand the beds where so comfortable. . also she went out of her way to recommend attractions to do while we where therr!! She also took time out of here day cause I forgot a a duffle bag at the Airbnb and she was able to bring it to me at the airport!!! overall I highly recommend her place to stay if you visit Puerto Rico.

Excellent place to stay. we were. blown away by the view, the cozy deck, and it was plenty enough room for 2. Jaime is a wonderful host who responds immediately and offered several recommendations for places in the area. it felt like home immediately as we explored the area, so many amazing local business a walk away and the beach even closer. would absolutely stay here again, thank you Jaime!

Due to us booking a week out before coming to PR! I found this place and area to be amazing. We definitely had a great time and our stay was peaceful. The views from the deck were stunning. It’s a must book if anyone is looking to stay in San Juan close to the airport.

Lynette was an amazing host, and this place was a dream! Perfect spot that can comfortably fit up to 7 people and in an amazing area (felt very safe, ordered many Uber, direct access to the beach, etc.). Definitely would book again!

Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y farmacia 24 horas con suvenirs, comida, bebidas. La propiedad es excelente, todo está limpio y acogedor. Las Habitaciones espaciosas camas cómodas, baño muy limpio y con muchos utensilios a disposición igual que en la cocina. Cuenta con agua caliente y aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos y en la sala. Televisores y terraza con sillas, también tienen Cooler, petates, sillas para llevar a la playa. Toallas tanto para el apartamento como para llevar a la playa.

Christian was amazing. We were on vacation celebrating my fiancés birthday and he was able to get balloons set up for me AND have authentic Puerto Rican food for us to eat. I would definitely love to stay in Christian’s place again. It was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom was soo clean.

I loved my stay at Christian's place. The apartment itself is on the top floor and has an amazing view. The beds are all comfortable and felt that it was a great value for the price. The best part is the location - it's walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. The area doesn't feel touristy and has an up-and-coming vibe. We rented a car and it was really convenient to have a dedicated spot and piece of mind that the car was in a gated lot. I would highly recommend staying here to any of my friends
