House Rules
Please carefully review all house rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation and no refund. All guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay at the property. (Copy of ID required) 1. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by the host in advance. 2. High-speed Internet is available in the property, and the password will be provided upon arrival. You agree to use the network only for legal purposes and not for any illegal activities such as uploading or downloading copyrighted material. 3. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. All members of your group must be included in the reservation. The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 5 persons, and the community does not allow guests outside of the rental party. 4. Any missing or damaged items/property must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items. 5. Do not throw anything, such as chewing gum, residues, or garbage, out of the windows or off the balcony as it is considered illegal. 6. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Evidence of pets will result in a $250 fee for a complete deep cleaning service, which will be billed to the customer. 7. Loss and damages: Any damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the apartment or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest. The guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accidents/injuries, loss of money, jewelry, and other personal items arising from the use of the premises or the items provided by the lessor. The owner or any other service provider on the property is exempt and held harmless from any and all liability for damage or injury to any person or property. Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties. Guest(s) assume the risk of injury or other losses related to any recreational activities and will not hold the owner responsible. 8. The owner bears no responsibility for items left on the premises. A $50.00 charge, along with shipping fees, will apply for the handling and return of any items discovered by housekeeping. Please understand that we do not guarantee immediate shipment of items, as we do not reserve dates for turnovers and retrieving your belongings for shipment may be challenging. 9. Exclusive use of Property: Improper use of appliances and installations, or damages to these, will be charged to the guest. The toilet, shower, and sink shall be used only for their intended purpose. Please do not flush any paper towels, tampons, or condoms; please use the trash can instead. Emergency unclogging of the toilet will incur a charge of no less than $250.00. 10. Please avoid bringing sand into the apartment; excessive sand in the shower will incur a charge of $30.00. Please treat the place with respect, as if it were your own. 11. Zero Tolerance: Drug use in Puerto Rico is illegal. Guests and their party must not use or allow any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or hazardous items on the property, nor engage in any illegal activities. Guests are solely responsible for any violations of the law. 12. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or in the hallway. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete deep cleaning service, with the guest being responsible for a $250 charge. 13. Incense or candles are not allowed. 14. Please refrain from rearranging the furniture. 15. Keys: There will be a minimum charge of $150 for lost keys, and a $50 charge for the replacement of a lost parking access card. 16. Emergency Right of Entry: The owner has the immediate right of entry in cases of emergency or to protect or preserve the premises. Guests are not permitted to alter or add locks. 17. Sublet: The unit or any part thereof may not be sublet. 18. Maid Service & Linens/Towels: Linens and bath towels are provided in the unit, and bathroom towels are not meant to be taken outside of the unit. There will be a charge of $20.00 per piece for extremely soiled or stained towels and bed sheets. Daily maid service is not included, but if you require housekeeping services, we can provide you with the service at the quoted rate and verify the availability of the housekeeping resource. 19. No Extra Guests / No House Parties: The owner will only accept couples and responsible adults of the acceptable age from Airbnb as rental guests. Guests agree that the premises shall not be occupied by more people than the number stated in the reservation. If the unit is occupied by more people than stated, the reservation will be immediately canceled. The maximum number of guests is 5. Visitors are not allowed. 20. We do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review the provided items in the property and ensure you have whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. We supply liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom, dish soap, one dish sponge, and coffee. 21. Please be mindful of others, as this is a residential building. As a guest, it is expected that you follow all building regulations and behave appropriately at all times. Women are requested to wear cover-ups over their swimsuits, and men are not allowed to be shirtless when entering the building. 22. Act of Nature: The owner cannot be held liable for any acts of nature or occurrences beyond our control. The cancellation policy will be upheld, and having travel insurance is advisable to protect your investment. 23. Please ensure all lights, fans, small appliances and the A/C are turned off, and windows are closed before leaving the apartment to help conserve energy. 24. By booking this property through Airbnb, you acknowledge and accept this agreement. 25. Unauthorized early check-in or check-out: $150 26. Late checkout fee: $50 per extra hour after 11:00 am. 27. All guests must be registered with their full legal name. Failure to provide this information will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 28. Please refrain from staining our towels or bed linens. Do not use them to wipe blood, remove makeup, clean the floors, etc. Please be advised that we do not provide washcloths as part of our amenities. We believe that washcloths are personal items that guests should bring with them. We found that reusing the washcloth between reservations is unhygienic, even after washing and disinfecting them. 29. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and please refrain from using confetti. 30. Kindly avoid moving furniture around the house. 31. Please refrain from hanging towels or clothes on the railings. 32. Violating Agreement: Any violation of the conditions of this agreement may lead to the termination of the agreement. Upon notice of termination, guests are required to vacate the premises immediately. 33. PAYMENT METHOD Must be on file prior to booking or requesting/accepting an alteration request. Host may cancel the reservation if it is found out after accepting the reservation request that a payment method Finally, remember to bring your positive attitude and good vibes!
