By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you in beautiful Puerto Rico. 🌴 General Requirements * All guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay at the property. * A valid government-issued ID is required for all registered guests. * Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: 4:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: $150 fee. * Late check-out fee after 11:00 AM: $50 per additional hour. Occupancy & Visitors * Maximum occupancy must never exceed the number stated in the reservation. * Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted. * Parties, events, gatherings, and confetti are strictly prohibited. Respect for the Property Please treat the apartment with care and respect, as if it were your own home. Guests are responsible for: * Any missing, damaged, or excessively stained items. * Damages caused by negligence or misuse of appliances, furniture, plumbing, or fixtures. * Reporting any maintenance concerns or damages within 24 hours of arrival. Internet Usage Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for guest convenience. Guests agree to use the internet service responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Housekeeping & Amenities Linens, bath towels, and starter amenities are provided for your convenience, including: * Toilet paper * Paper towels * Shampoo & conditioner * Soap * Dish soap & sponge * Garbage bags * Laundry detergent Please note that additional supplies beyond the starter set are the guest’s responsibility. Personal Belongings The owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings. If items are left behind and retrieval is requested: * A $50 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply. * Immediate shipment cannot be guaranteed. Liability Waiver Guests assume full responsibility for their stay and use of the premises. The owner shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature or building-related issues. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
