Isla Verde is a nice and safe neighborhood with hotels, restaurants and parks. It is great for walking and doing outdoors exercises. Everything you need, is walking distance. From 24/7 Walgreens and CVS to fancy stores. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy with a Great layout. It accommodates 7 people; One room has a king size bed and a comfy sofa bed. The other room has a bunker bed with 2 full beds. It is fully equipped. Great open kitchen with living room. Great for entertaining. It has fast wifi, plasma tv, fully air conditioned, hotel style bathrooms and showers. There is also an assigned parking spot in case you want to visit Old San Juan (12 minute drive) or the Rain Forest (45 min drive). We provide beach towels and chairs. This listing is for up to 7 guests. No extra guests are allowed. Due to the overwhelming time we are spending on removing makeup and mascara stains from our white towels, each stained towel will be charged $15 as an extra cleaning fee that will be taken out of the deposit upon check out. Please do not sit on the sofa with wet swimsuit/clothes and/or with lotions when coming back from the beach. The use of candles is prohibited due to the fire hazard they represent when left unattended. Do not leave children unattended in the property. Please take out all the garbage before checkout. There is a garbage area at the end of the Pk at the right.

The laundry and dryer are in the lobby of building in front of the pool. There is a small Club/Pub in the basement of the building that generate some noice but it does not go inside the apartment if you keep the windows close. The unit is on a 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Walgreens and CVS are next door and they are 24/7 There is free parking inside the building for my guest. NO SMOKING! Absolutly no smoking or any other smoking like activities inside the aparment or a $420 fine for smoking will be apply. The pool is open at this moment daily from 8am to 8pm.
