IMPORTANT : Please read ALL house rules carefully. * 4pm check-in / 11am check-out (Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by host in advance) * Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, no parties or events allowed * Internet: This property is equipped with high speed Internet. Password will be provided once you get to the apartment. You agree to use our network only for legal purposes and you promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. * Only registered guests are allowed. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers when booking your reservation. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced to 10 persons/ Community does not allow guests outside of rental party. * Guests must report any missing or damaged items/property within 24 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items or damage to property at owner's discretion. If you break something please let us know immediately. * We are animal lovers but unfortunately pets are not allowed on this apartment. Some people are allergic to pet hair, so evidence of pets will result in charge of $250 fee for a complete deep cleaning service and will be billed to the guest. * Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. There will be a $50.00 charge in addition to shipping charges for handling the return of any articles found by housekeeping. * Exclusive use of Property: Improper use of appliances and installations/or damages to these will be charged to Guest. Toilet, shower, sink shall be used only for their intended purposes. Do not flush any paper towel, “tampons” or “condoms” in the toilet. Please use the trash can instead. Emergency unclogging of toilet will have a charge of no less than $350.00. * No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will result in a complete deep cleaning service and a smoking fee of $420 will be charged if violated. * Incense or candles are prohibited too. * Emergency Right of Entry: Owner has immediate right of entry in cases of emergency, or to protect or preserve the premises. Guest shall not alter or add locks. * Sublet: The unit or any part thereof may NOT be sublet. * Maid Service : Daily maid service is not included, if you desire housekeeping services, we can provide you with the service at the quoted resort rate. You can pay directly through the Airbnb app as per our request for this service. * We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It's your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. We provide liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper , dish soap, dish sponge. * Unscheduled Late check-out fee: An un-scheduled late check-out affects future guest reservations and housekeeping schedules for this property. While we understand the desire of some guests to stay beyond our standard check-out time, please also understand that we need ample time to prepare our property for the next guests. As such, housekeeping has been scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out at 11:00 am. In the event a guest stays beyond the original scheduled check-out time, we will be forced to charge a late check-out fee equivalent to one night's stay based on our current nightly rate. This fee will cover the re-scheduling of our housekeeping staff and potential loss of income from missed bookings. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter, and we truly appreciate your cooperation. * Violating Agreement: Violation of any of these house rules may terminate the Agreement. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately.

There is absolutely 🚭NO smoking!! A $420 fee will be charge to cover additional smoke/cigarette smell removal expenses. If found smoking anywhere in the unit, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund/recourse.

The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) requires all guests aged 1 and above to wear a wristband at all times. There's a mandatory one-time fee of $10 per guest including infants, which is not included in the reservation and is solely imposed by the HOA, not the host. The host doesn't benefit from this fee. As hosts, we'll cover the wristband fee initially. Nevertheless, guests must settle the fee prior to check-in. The payment method will be determined mutually between the guest and the host.
