Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as El Yunque Rainforest & Luquillo Beach. There is absolutely NO smoking!! A $250 fee will be assessed from the deposit to cover additional smoke/cigarette smell removal expenses. If found smoking anywhere in the unit, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund/recourse. Major cellphones providers from the US work just fine in Puerto Rico. Some small phone companies, older Verizon contracts, and some 'pre-paid' contracts are subject to roaming – so, it’s best to check with your cellphone provider. For the use of the resort, I need also full names of each guest staying immediately for admittance to resort area 3 days prior to arrival minimum or no admittance will be granted. In addition, you will be fitted with a wristband which must be worn at all times of your stay. Our maximum occupancy is 10 guests, Max of 8 adults and 2 infants. Aquatika (the community) management strictly enforces this limitation on the number of guests to 8pp unless you add 2 infants that add the total to 10pp. Please be mindful that babies, even newborns, count toward that limit. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors onto the community. There are no exceptions. Violations may cause removal from the grounds (and thus the home) without refund. If Aquatika management or security personnel asks you to vacate the grounds or property for not following any reason, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund/recourse. Electricity in Puerto Rico, like in many islands, is very costly. About 66% higher than that of the mainland US. For this reason please help us stay green by turning off air conditioning units before leaving the apartment the day of ck out and by turning off TV and other appliances when not in use. We highly recommend renting a vehicle during your stay. This will make things easier for grocery shopping, especially for longer stays. Although you will never want to leave the resort, when you do venture out, you will need a car. Finally, we strongly suggest travel insurance. Aside from the events and catastrophes thrown at us by life, please consider that Puerto Rico is an island. As such, it is subjected to hurricanes and other incidents that may disrupt your travel plans. No refunds or cancellations will be issued for causes outside our control. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator service. - Prices may vary according to seasons. - Guest will provided with the beach access key, if lost there will be an additional $150 cost to replace it. - Visits to guest, it's not allowed
