Excellent stay. The location was perfect quiet, relaxing, and close to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with the water during our stay due to a shortage from a water company, as a result, Daniel accepted without pushback to give me a refund for those two days with the water shortage.

My family & I really enjoyed the property!
We were able to cook and eat at the bar and the table.
We played games at the table and had the tv on. It was nice to have a relaxing, cool & comfortable location to end our busy & active days!

This spot was perfect location wise. Close to really good cafes and easy walk to the beach. The parking was easy to find on the street. Jaime was super helpful and accommodating. Will stay in one of their properties again!

Loved the location! Loved having free parking and updated amenities! Daniel offered many suggestions for things to do and see, which is very much appreciated for newbies to San Juan! Daniel was responsive to a minor hiccup we had and I would definitely rent from him again ❤️

DEF WORTH THE STAY !!
Place looks better in person than photos- doesn’t do it justice . Stayed with one other person and felt like it was more than spacious for us both.
The location was perfect. great bars across the street, walmart 10 min walk for quick necessities, a gas station 5 min walk for convenience. but the bars. old san juan wasnt too far, la placita is definitely walkable, but the local bars nearby were definitely frequented during our stay- and probably wouldn’t have discovered them otherwise.
Christian was very responsive and helpful during our stay- we didn’t really need much but there he was if we needed it.
Nice view from front and back of building.
Definitely recommend, and will consider rebooking if back in Puerto Rico !!

Very nice warm and beautifully decorated. The place was clean and comfortable. My bed had good quality mattresses. I would use again. I felt safe although the area streets are quiet at night since it’s a residential neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here in San Juan. Check-in was very easy, and our host was very responsive whenever we had questions about the amenities around the house. The location was central to many of the things we did in Puerto Rico. The space was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the kitchen was big and fully equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is exactly like the pictures. Well furnished and very comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels and the unit has a washer and dryer which is a bonus! Unfortunately, the patio was under construction so it was not usable at the time, however Luis’s communication and assistance was prompt and much appreciated. This is our 2nd time renting from Luis and would recommend his properties.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. The balcony view alone is priceless and something we looked forward to every day. The air conditioning in the unit was excellent, which made coming back after exploring incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—within walking distance to plenty of great bars and restaurants, and only about 10–15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to visit in San Juan or Old San Juan.
Jaime was an outstanding host—kind, generous, and extremely attentive. He went out of his way to accommodate our specific needs and was always easy to reach. Anytime we needed something, he was quick to respond via text or call. We truly felt taken care of during our stay and will definitely be staying here again.
