Our stay was great and beautiful apartment with space for the whole family. We were walking distance to the beach, you do have to get a wristband from the front desk to access. There is a bar at the location, cafe, game room and many local restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Luis Jaime was always responsive and he is a great host. I would stay here again in the future. The only thing we had an issue with, not related to the host was parking. The spot is small, enough for a vehicle but we had to reverse park per instructions, however, regardless of how we parked the driver or passenger would have to get out on the opposite side as there is a wall which makes it difficult to get out when opening the door. We managed just fine as we had a minivan and had enough space to jump over to the opposite side. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks for the stay Luis Jaime!

Lynnette’s home was incredible. Views of the ocean, very strong A/C, wonderful restaurants all around the property and the parking was very convenient and secure. What stole the show for my family was Lynnette herself, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. When I ended up injuring myself (outside in San Juan), she offered so much help and made us feel as comfortable as possible through the checkout process. I highly recommend this stay

Amazing stay. Exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and helpful the entire time. Walking distance to everything you need we only had to Uber to airport we were able to walk everywhere else and only 10 min walk from beach. Beautiful outdoor patio to relax on. Recommend!!

Jaime was a great host! He was quick to respond whenever I needed. When we first got to the apartment there where some snacks ready that my kids loved. He was quick to solve a minor broken glass issue when I reached out. Jaime was very attentive also and kept communication throughout my stay and checked in every couple of days to see if my family needed anything. There is a club downstairs but being honest you cannot hear a thing in the apartment . The entrance to the apartment is next to the club but personally I liked it they are very friendly. (it’s like having your own security at the door) I would not think twice about booking this place again! Great place awesome host! Just book here it’s worth every penny!

This place is in a fantastic location with an amazing view. The unit itself was extremely clean, and the bedding in both of the bedrooms was amazing. I told Lynette jokingly I would come back to rent there just to sleep in the master bedroom again. She was very responsive and all in all we had a great time.

We had a great stay and enjoyed using all the pools, the playground, and the beach. (FYI the waterslide appears to only operate on weekends). This unit is located right next to a playground and a pool, which was great. It was equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, and coolers for outings. The kitchen was well stocked with pans which were in good shape, and we were able to cook for ourselves all week. The air conditioners worked great. The location was good for getting to San Juan, El Yunque, and Fajardo.

Jaime's place was great. The apartment was supplied with everything you would need from kitchen, bathroom and bedroom supplies. He even had beach equipment along with beach towels. The Beach was right across the street and many restaurants to choose from. The location was fantastic. Just one negative that Jaime does mention is the night clun right downstairs. It's open from 10 pm to 6 am. We were there for 7 nights but only one Saturday night was really loud. Otherwise, not that bad. Jaime is a super host and always available. He was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely take my family back to his place.

My sisters and I loved Jaime’s place. There were so many restaurants in the area for quick bite to eat and we were minutes from the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. We even did our laundry before leaving which is a huge plus and ending our vacation and coming home with clean attire. We will be back soon!

The stay was so amazing! The host was responsive to our needs with no hesitation. The amenities of the condo were so much more than what we expected! Like so many others say the only issue is the pool that is under construction. Me and my family cannot wait to come back and stay here again especially after the pool is completed. This place will make you feel at home with a beach that is so beautiful at its back door. The master bed gave us some of the best sleep that we’ve had in a very long time! These 2 ladies made our trip so much better than originally imagined, thank you!
